Today (Saturday) the match between the national team of Kosovo and that of Lithuania is scheduled to take place, within the League of Nations.
The Dardanians are guests of the Lithuanians in the match that is expected to take place at S. “Dariaus ir S. Girėno stadionas” in Kaunas from 15:00.
This match is valid for Group 2 of League C in the League of Nations and the Dardanians are waiting for their next victory.
Coach Franco Foda’s side come into this game on the back of a convincing win over Cyprus and will aim for another win to put pressure on top-placed Romania.
Kosovo has conducted some complete training in Pristina before the departure to Lithuania and is ready for this match and almost with a complete team.
This will be the second time that these two national teams face each other. Kosovo won the first time 4-0, with the friendly match.
At the moment in this edition of the League of Nations, Kosovo occupies the second position in group C2 with three points. Lithuania is last with 0 points.
