Manchester United are unbeaten in five straight home affairs across competitions

Arsenal will continue their title push in the lone game of Sunday’s Premier League schedule. They visit Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in Matchday No 37. The Gunners have never been as big of favourites at the Theatre of Dreams as they are going into this match.

Injury-crippled Manchester United fell 0-4 at Selhurst Park on Monday night. Arsenal travel to Old Trafford on the back of four straight league wins.

The Gunners notched eleven goals in the last three Premier League victories.

Arsenal did not have any problems to storm past Bournemouth 3-0 last Saturday. Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard, and Declan Rice notched goals in a commanding victory at Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners enter this round with a one-point advantage on Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table. The Citizens do have a game in hand, a clash against Arsenal’s fierce North London rivals on Tuesday.

The story is completely different with Manchester United. They’ve hit the new low on Monday night, falling 0-4 away at Crystal Palace. Erik ten Hag does have huge problems with the list of sidelined players. The likes of Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire were the latest to join it. Nevertheless, it is still very hard to justify a horrendous display in such a tough defeat at Selhurst Park.

Recent Meetings
The outfits have three wins each in the previous six H2H clashes. Arsenal clinched a 3-1 victory in this season’s clash in September last year at Emirates Stadium. The Over 2.5 goals & Both Teams To Score pick landed in each of the previous five competitive H2H encounters between these rivals.

Manchester United vs Arsenal Prediction
Manchester United are unbeaten in five straight home affairs across competitions but we should really not look much into it ahead of the clash against title hopefuls Arsenal. Maguire is still sidelined, alongside pretty much the entire Manchester United back line.
