Juventus will be looking to keep the perfect record this weekend

Juventus have been struggling for results in the preseason but they seem to have found the right spell of form when it matters most.

The Bianconeri are off to a fantastic start with two separate 3-0 wins over Como and Hellas Verona.

New manager Thiago Motta can be particularly pleased with his team’s defensive stability. La Vecchia Signora allowed just a single shot on target away at Verona on Monday night.

Juventus will be looking to keep the perfect record this weekend. They host Roma in one of the most interesting games of Matchday No 3 in Italian Serie A on Sunday evening.

Roma will travel to Turin in completely opposite spirits. The visitors picked up just one point from the inaugural two games despite facing the likes of Cagliari and Empoli in the process.

The efficiency in the final third is a major worry for Danielle De Rossi. His men have managed to find the back of the net just once in the maiden two outings despite clocking an xG of almost three last weekend against Empoli.

Juventus vs Roma Prediction
Juventus enter the game in much higher spirits and we have to consider them massive favourites for the victory here.

The Bianconeri also enjoyed great home form in the previous term of Serie A, winning 11, drawing 7, and losing just 1 of 19 league matches at Allianz Stadium.

Moving forward, Juventus have 21 wins, 8 draws, and only 6 defeats in the previous 35 home clashes against Roma.

The visitors are not pulling up any trees with a draw and a loss in the opening two matches of the season against Cagliari and Empoli.
