It is a top of the table battle in Serie A as champions Inter welcome leaders Napoli to San Siro.
The Nerazzurri appear to have found their form in recent weeks and given their fine record in this fixture, should have the upper hand over Napoli, who stumbled last time out.
Inter Milan appear to have found their rhythm in recent weeks as they are unbeaten in their last nine matches across all competitions. Simone Inzaghi’s men have picked up eight wins in that run and are only one point off the pace in the Serie A standings.
Things have been particularly smooth for Inter Milan at San Siro, where they have won their last two matches. They picked up a 1-0 victory in their previous Serie A fixture and followed up with a similar result against Arsenal in the Champions League.
Napoli have been one of the more impressive teams in Serie A as they have held on to top spot on the standings for weeks now. They travel to San Siro off the back of just one defeat in their last 10 matches.
That defeat for Napoli came last time out as they were beaten 3-0 at home by Atalanta. Although manager Antonio Conte will consider the result a minor blip, he is likely to be troubled by the performance as they were completely outclassed by the Bergamo club.
Inter Milan have a 24-17 advantage with 14 draws from 55 previous matches against Napoli. The Nerazzurri are unbeaten in six of the last seven fixtures, claiming four wins in that run, although both teams battled to a 1-1 draw in the most recent meeting back in March.
Inter Milan have been boosted by the return of key players Francesco Acerbi and Hakan Calhanoglou. Calhanoglou might be given a start after scoring in the Champions League while Acerbi may have to settle for a place off the bench.
Napoli will be without midfielders Stanislav Lobotka and Michael Folorunsho, who are both sidelined with injury. Lukaku should lead the line once again with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Matteo Politano providing support.
Inter: Sommer, Bisseck, de Vrij, Pavard, Dumfries, Calhanoglou, Barella, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco, Thuram, Martinez.
Napoli: Meret, Olivera, Buongiorno, Rrahmani, Di Lorenzo, Gilmour, McTominay, Anguissa, Politano, Kvaratskhelia, Lukaku
