Albania national team coach Sylvinho is expected to make several changes for today’s (Friday) match against England.
The Albanian national team will play today in a trip to England, the first qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup.
This match is scheduled to take place at Wembley Stadium starting at 20:45 and the red and black boys are ready for this match.
However, coach Sylvinho seems to be making some forced choices due to injuries to several players.
The Telegraph learns that the Brazilian coach will trust the 4-3-3 scheme, where Thomas Strakosha will be in goal.
In defense, Ivan Balliu is safe on the right and Berat Gjimishiti in the center, while the other two spots are expected to be taken by Naser Aliji on the left and by Arlind Ajeti who will replace Ardian Ismajli, who is not 100 percent.
The midfield will be the usual one with Ylber Ramadani, Kristjan Asllani and Qasim Laçi.
In attack, Nedim Bajrami and Jasir Asani will play on the wings, while Myrto Uzuni is seen as the favorite over Armando Broja, who is not yet in the best form, and Ernest Muçi.
On the other hand, Thomas Tuchel is expected to play in a 3-5-2 formation, with Jordan Pickford in goal, Kyle Walker, Marc Guehi and Levy Colwill in defense, Reece James, Declan Rice, Jordan Henderson and Myles Lewis-Skelly in midfield and Jude Bellingham and Marcus Rashford supporting Harry Kane in attack.
