Tottenham and Arsenal will face each other in the big North London derby

A real buzz is expected in and around Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon as Tottenham and Arsenal will lock horns in the big North London derby in Gameweek No 4.

Neither team will come into the tie on a high. Spurs dropped the ball in a 1-2 defeat at Newcastle in the previous round while ten-man Arsenal lost two points in a disappointing home stalemate to Brighton.

It’s once again the same old story with Spurs whose attacking lines fails to compensate enough for defensive liabilities.

Ange Postecoglou’s troops created bountiful opportunities in all three matches so far in the season but they’ve managed to win just one in the process.

They misfired numerous times two weeks ago at St. James’ Park as well. Can it all pay off when it matters most for their fans?

Arsenal will enter the derby handicapped by the absences of suspended Declan Rice and injured Martin Odegaard.

Mikel Arteta will need to figure something out as he is going to miss the two vital pieces of his orchestra in such a big clash against fierce local rivals.

Tottenham vs Arsenal Prediction
Arsenal are the favourites but we just can’t justify the away win pick knowing the Gooners will miss the likes of Rice and Odegaard on Sunday.

Things look much better health-wise for Spurs who are also hoping to have new striker Dominic Solanke available for the derby.

One thing is certain, the North London derby always delivers drama and this one should by no means be an exception.

Spurs play ultra-attacking football under Postecoglou while Arsenal have a deadly attacking line led by the in-form likes of Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz. This duo combined for the team’s lone goal in the last round’s 1-1 draw to Brighton.
